Online form that automates into a quickbooks invoice?

I have clients filling out forms for transferring home movies (8mm/16mm) to digital. They provide their address and transfer type information on an online form I have created. This information is submitted to me via email and I then create a quote for them in quickbooks based on this information.

I'm looking for a way to automate a form into a quickbooks invoice so I don't have to re-enter all the information a client sends me in order to make an invoice or estimate...

This is a big time killer, and would love to avoid this step!
