What is your favorite outsourcing website and why?
There are more and more outsourcing websites everyday. Which ones do you like, and why do you like them? Tell me what you like and don't like about oDesk, elance, guru. Tell me about other sites you've used and what your experience was like. I'm looking forward to learning about your recommendations.

Well this isn't really outsourcing yet, but it's a product that will assist my business in accomplishing our mission. I just recently discovered GizaPage.com. It's a site that allows you to stay connected with all of your social media sites from one page/display. I'm starting a social networking management company that will allow small to medium size business the ability to outsource their social networking/e-media management functions. By outsourcing to my company, business owners will be able to free up more of their time, and focus their energy on running their business. We will work closely with our clients to discover which social mediums will work best for their company and will actively engage their customers for them. I haven't really seen any other company doing this, but I know that busy entrepreneurs will jump at the idea of outsourcing their social networking management functions to a professional service at a fraction of the cost of hiring a social networking/e-media coordinator in-house. (if you have heard of another company doing this or something similar I would be interested to know, but I haven't found anything as of yet)
P.S. Love the show and I look forward to every episode.
Thanks,
Seth
I usually use odesk.com for development work, data entry and web research. For example I hired .NET developers from Belarus who were excellent for 11$/hr.
I use Elance when I need someone to help me with writing articles.
