What is the best way to manage multiple web sites?
I'm currently working on three projects that will each require an individual web site and I could potentially have many more long term. What is the best way to effectively manage multiple sites and what tools are available to make it easier to track emails, analytics, sales, ect.?

First choose a hosting provider where you have one webspace for multiple domains. Next, use Google Analytics for statistics and analysing and gmail for you mails. if you are not really that google fan you can try piwik for analysing.
if you thought about software to manage and resell this domains and websites there´s some software out there called cpanel.

For analytics, you can have multiple sites in the same google analytics account. The same is true of adwords, though I like to have separate accounts to allow me to use the $50-100 coupons when you start an account. You can manage multiple adwords accounts from the same google login, but the account owner needs to be different email addresses.
For sales, there are shopping carts that manage multiple stores, but I haven't used them. I think it's easier to look in Quickbooks OE if your trying to find profit loss of a store.
Email is probably the easiest thing to integrate if you're using gmail. You can pick one email address that you want to use and forward all email to that address. In that email account you can add additional "send from" addresses which lets you send mail from that one account which looks like it came from the other email accounts. This is the way Brandon manages his mail. I prefer to keep one account per domain and use an email program that lets me see all the accounts in one view. I primarily use my iPhone for this. Though I also have iMail (on mac) and Outlook (on windows) setup.
