Best prices for printing?

I was wondering if there are some sites you can recommend for great printing prices?

I've checked out VistaPrint and they seem a bit high on price. I've used Next Day Flyers before and had good luck.

Had anyone had a good experience getting 8.5x11 brochures printed in full color? The price I'm trying to beat is $156 for a quantity of 1000.

Thanks for your help! :)

My experience with VistaPrint has been mixed. They are really cheap on some items, and not so cheap on others. I use them mainly for business cards, brochures, but NOT booklets or manuals.

The trick with VistaPrint is to use their coupon codes to get up to 50% off or more. They change their deals all the time, so you can rarely use the same link twice. Go to RetailMeNot to get all the latest coupons. The way they work is you need to START the session first with the special URL. Don't just type VistaPrint.com into your browser.

Try a few and see which ones work for you.

I've never personally used gotprint.com, but I hear great things about them!

VistaPrint has the side benefit of giving you a crash-course in web marketing once you become a customer.

Defines "up-sell."

I like that you can save your design (I use them for business cards for my photographic services business) and then easily reprint or modify existing designs, even if they were created 6 months or a year ago.

I've had a couple good experiences with http://americasprinter.com/

They have fairly reasonable turnaround times for quantities of 1000, and have great breaks for higher quantities.

You might wanna try them out.

This may sound old-school, but I had the best luck for inexpensive, quality printing by simply phoning a local print shop. I found one in the SoBay section of LA that I'm delighted with, and found them by just picking up the phone!

I called 3 .....they all were anxious for business; two were competitively priced and one was priced very attractively. He understood that I was in start-up mode and was willing to take a lower margin now with the hope/expectation that more business would be coming his way in the future. He hooked me, I'm delighted..and it is working out well for both of us.

Hope that helps

I've used hotcards.com in the past. Perhaps not the cheapest - but I like their quality.

I have used Overnightprints.com for postcards and they turned out real nice. Current pricing for is 1,000 is $104.45 single sided, or $137.95 double sided.

Trick I learned was to do a google search for "cheap postcards", when their ad shows up, enter their website through the ad. The pricing is cheaper that way.
