Has anyone used templates from themelayouts.com? I would greatly appreciate any feedback.

This is part of the Dream Templates family. The templates available are good, but pretty basic - you get what you pay for.
Unless you need an unlimited supply of templates I highly recommend http://themeforest.net/. For about the same money you'd pay for a subscription at themelayouts.com you could get two really high quality themes at Theme Forest. Plus, the themes at Theme Forest will come with lots of widgets and be widget ready.
