Free wiki sites
Does anyone know any free wiki sites that i could use for collaboration with my VAs? they woudl need to be private wikis?

The easiest one but not the best is Google Sites. A little more difficult to setup, but more of a true wiki is dokuwiki. If you've never used a wiki before and don't really care about the history of the posts and wiki links, then google sites is probably good enough.
