Wordpress & Google Website Optimizer?
I've got a Wordpress site thats setup well for SEO and I currently use Google Analytics & Adwords. I want to go the next step and implement conversion tracking and Google Website Optimizer but I'm not sure about strategy and best practices. I was hoping someone who has integrated these tools onto a wordpress site might be able to give some advise about structure and tell about their past experience. Right now the site is setup to generate revenue through Amazon Affiliates but I can't seem to get Google Analytics to accurately track outbound clicks (I added event tracking code to Amazon links), much less conversions. I am also curious about different ways to create pages for goal funnel tracking. If anyone has experience in any of these areas I'd love to hear stories or lessons learned! Thanks - Austin
