SEOing Your Website Domain
Hi guys,
What is a better approach to SEOing your website domain, writing it continuously or breaking it up with hyphens? (Ex. businessname.com or business-name.com)
Thanks!

According to this forum thread, it will not make a difference. Use the version that is most readable to humans.
Thanks Mikael!

what does this say "mastersketchup'?
Google doesn't really care one way or another, but it might matter if people are trying to type your site into the address bar directly.
When we were trying to figure out a name for the podcast, we thought about all kinds of cute web 2.0 names with misspellings or weird domain name endings. We ended up with automatemysmallbusiness.com because we didn't want to have to say automate hyphen my hyphen ... dot com every time we told someone about our site. Or to say "it's automate, but automate is spelled with a number 8", etc.
So, if you traffic depends on customers recognizing your brand and remembering how to come back to your site again and again, make it easy to say and easy to remember. That said, it doesn't hurt to buy the hyphenated domain and just redirect it to your real domain, it might stop a competitor from buying it.
