Hey Jerboa, I have been really impressed with MINDBODY membership software. It is great for small to medium sized gyms, studios, martial arts clubs, and even massage retreats.

Here's why: - It is all web based, so you can manage it where ever you are. We route our calls to our cell phones sometimes, and we can jump on any computer near us to look up clients and make changes. Also great to see how you are doing for the day from home. - The clients can schedule their own appointments and make payments all online taking you out of that process. - It includes scheduling, payment gateway, Point of Sale software (in case you sell things at the store), reports, and even marketing all in one package. - It is only 60-80 dollars a month. - The credit card processing fees are fair. - And I've never been more impressed with quality customer service as I have them.
