newsletters

Hi guys, I am looking at adding a subscription section to my website (mycents.com.au). I was wondering if anyone can recommend any great subscription plugins for wordpress? Or do you know any great newsletter templates? Thanks

Newsletters and subscription software are related, but usually separate pieces of software. For collecting email addresses, sending automatic emails, and newsletters, you want an autoresponder like:

Mail Chimp is my favorite right now, but aWeber is really good too.

For subscription software, I haven't found anything that I really love. You have a couple options:

If you're 100% on wordpress, then wishlist member will probably be easier. aMember works better when you have to stitch together separate sites like forums, wikis, wordpress, etc. they are both a pain to setup, though wishlist has some nice videos to walk you through it.
