In need of a cloud based quoting system

I'm looking for a quoting system that lets me enter a number of variables into a system and delivers a price for the product. So an example is I have one function band that has 4 different lineups (ie 5, 6, 7 and 8 piece)all with a different price. The price again differs dependent on what day of the week they have been asked to play on, month of the year, distance from home etc etc. I'm pretty sure I could get this done for me on excel but surely there must be something out there that does this. My objective is to have an outsourced sales person/team to provide accurate quotes. Any pointers/ideas/answers gratefully received.
