Anyone have any good VA's to share

I have a project requiring at least 3 people but all part time 5-10 hours per week. My problem is when I hire people like this they tend not to stick around. So I was hoping that if there are any others out there with similare requirements we could between us hire full time.

If anyone thinks this is a good idea then please contact me. If anyone thinks this is a stupid idea then please let me know why

Cheers

Paul

Paul,

What's been the problem with your former VAs? Why have they left?

I'm a VA who is interested in 10 - 15 hours a week, but I need to know if you and I are on the same page in regards to what a VA is, what she does and how you work with a VA.

Hi Donna

Everyone I have hired I asked at the end of the contract why they were doing less hours over time and I never really got any good feedback on why they left . My impression was that they were keen to start with and then life / work priorities took over. Often doing really good stuff for a couple of months then they started missing deadlines and doing the hours couldn't make our weekly catchups etc.

Yes I agree the term VA is a bit vague. I currently have a job advertised on odesk

Things were disorganized at first which could have been a problem (but no-one has given me feedback that it was) so I put some work into organizing things this year to improve process etc. This explains how I like to work http://www.freeeventsthisweek.com:8080/display/test/Home

If you still have capacity for about 10-20 hours per week and are interested please apply thorugh odesk or email me at paulaylingaustralia at gmail dot com

If you don't have any capacity then if you see anything on the job ad or the other page you think could put you off then I'd appreciate your feedback.

Regards

Paul
