Sourcing tea from 'locals'

Just wondering how I would go about sourcing tea from local business owners from all over the world rather than giant warehouses, I would like to do this to support underprivileged entrepreneurs and small businesses, and to also get some unique and high quality tea, it seems like a fantastic win-win situation.

Does anyone know anything about this, or can anyone point me in the right direction at least? Because I don't even know where to start...
