Google Gsites: Using it for internal Q&A and procedure and processes documentation
We have setup Gsites because we are on the google platform as the place where we post the documentation for internal processes, Q&A and other. I wanted to know what your experience has been with this?
- Are others using gsites for this purpose?
- Are there other solutions that you recommend?
- Do you guys have samples of how you have it setup? I think this is the most difficult part, we are trying to figure out how others have setup theirs.
- How to implement a Q&A section
- What format to list the information for the procedures
- Can you setup permissions for different sections; ex accounting procedures to be viewable by only the accounting dept
