logistics & tools for grouping retail products into a package?

Hi everyone!

I have an idea in which I'm going to pair up some products from different retailers and sell it as a package. I'm not sure as to how I should go about synchronizing all of this since the products will be coming from multiple sources. I'd like to have everything automated (obviously:) and want to drop ship everything.

I'm going to check Alibaba and some other wholesalers and then maybe contact the retailers themselves, but I was wondering if anyone else has any tips or advice for implementing this type of business model? What are some tools and or tricks you all think might be beneficial for something like this?
