I think your FAQ is great! I couldn't stop laughing...
- the chiefs lives by his own rules
- the chief is the ultimate decision maker
- who needs to test on animals - the chief tests on himself

To boost sales, you can think about creating an affiliate program. I recommend checking in with the folks at Shareasale [ http://www.shareasale.com/ ] who are great with new small product niches. You may not decide to do it but they should be able to equip you with great info for deciding when and how you will.
I could envision a lot of "Mommy bloggers" wanting to promote your product!

- Are things going on as planned?
We're still in business and had a great holiday season. We have customers all over the world, and have been growing our retail presence month by month. Things never "really go to plan" (i.e., you loose some deals you thought you'd win, sales fluctuate week by week, interns come and go, hidden costs sneak up etc.), but all in all the business is healthy. I think one think I've learned is to move on quick and always keep working/hustling (even in the bad times).

I think the most important thing to focus on, especially during the genesis of your business,
- Are things going on as planned?

I think the most important thing to focus on, especially during the genesis of your business, is customers. During the initial conception of your business, ask yourself “what can I do today that will lead to more customer/help the customers I already have?”

No major changes, but a ton of tweaks here and there. Split test everything - e.g., your copy, marketing info, FAQ, customer service email’s - and don’t ever stop.
