Got a little seafood processing and retailing business dealing predominantly with salmon in the Auckland/Waikato area of New Zealand. I started this business about mid 2004 wanting to get away from dealing with staff and what seemed like increasingly demanding employers. I also thought"gee whiz, if I can do it for others then why can't I do it for myself?" Needless to say I learnt the odd thing or two. Through some ups and downs I'm at a point where I believe I have something that is exceptional and worth investing more in to. I also have believed that an internet based vehicle for growing the business seemed not just common sense but crucial to developing a strong cashflow/margin business but have had the odd frustrating false start. Discovering this podcast and website especially has absolutely got me fizzing and am devoting considerably more time at the moment to pursuing a successful online arm of my business. Not only that but I believe the skills I'm learning and developing will be transferable to other ideas. I'm truly grateful for the insight and juice AMSB has given me and long may it last.
